The Mansoura Higher Institute for Engineering and Technology was established by Ministerial Resolution No. 3209 dated 08/13/2012 AD, and the first class was accepted in 2012 AD with 378 students.
The Mansoura Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology is distinguished by its privileged location in the city of Mansoura and on the road linking the city of Mansoura to the governorates of Damietta and Port Said on the eastern side, the governorates of Gharbia and Kafr El Sheikh from the western side, the governorates of Sharqia and Qalyubia on the southern side, and the new city of Damietta from the northern side. The institute is distinguished by the quality of the buildings and the high level of services from the transportation of students, faculty members and their assistants, and places of practicing student activities. The institute is distinguished by the presence of a good number of distinguished faculty members, each in its specialization, from a number of Egyptian universities.
