Dear Parents,

I am very much looking forward to returning to Cairo and being the Founding Headmaster of Kent College West Cairo. I know Kent College in UK very well having had fixtures against them for many years when I was teaching at a rival school in the same county. I was always impressed by the confidence and good manners of the pupils as well as their results in all aspects of school life. This holistic approach to education is so important as a Kent College education is so much more than merely passing exams as it helps to build character, values and confidence which will be with the students long after they have left school.

I first came to Cairo in 1992, it was then that I fell in love with the country, culture and cuisine as well as the warmth of its climate and people. As some of you may know I was one of the Founding Heads at Malvern College Egypt and I have been involved in education for over 25 years. For the past 9 years I have been an International Head. I ran Repton Dubai for three years before becoming a Founding Head for Malvern College Egypt for three years. After that I was asked by Malvern College Chengdu, in China to be their Founding Head of the Junior School which I have just completed. Prior to that I was Headmaster of a Prep  School near Chichester.

I am very much looking forward to meeting prospective parents in the coming months to let you know what is so special about a Kent College West Cairo education and why it will be giving your child a fantastic holistic education and a great start in life.
