ESLSCA acknowledges that individuals have unique needs when it comes to learning. Therefore there all lectures are approached with a wide range of teaching methods to accommodate everyone. In addition each individual is greatly appreciated and respected regardless of their religion, culture, ethnic background or physical and mental ability.

Mental health Awareness: Before getting admitted into ESLSCA University they are obliged to conduct a personality test to determent their state of mind. This helps the university get acquainted with each person’s unique situation. As a result each student is then carefully given the support needed to finish their desired degree. If any students feels the need for additional help they are encourage to approach anyone of the ESLSCA faculty members.

ESLSCA University is committed to maintaining a working, learning, and social environment in which the rights and dignity of all the staff, faculty, and students of the University community are respected. Bullying of any sort is prohibited and is defines as when the victim is repeatedly put in emotional distress and undermine his or her ability to work, study or participate in his or her regular activities. More over there is a zero tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and the violator is to be expelled from the premises. Sexual Exploitation is when a student or staff member takes non-consensual or abusive sexual advantage of another for his/her own advantage or pleasure.
