The Cairo Higher Institute for Engineering, Computer Science and Administration awards a bachelor's degree in computers and information, and it is located in Plot (2) - the second region - Banafsaj Service Center (2) in the first settlement - New Cairo. The duration of study is 4 years for the two divisions (Computer Science - Business Administration and Information Systems), and 5 years for the Engineering Division. The Computer Science Division accepts high school students, the Engineering Division, and the equivalent of Arab and foreign certificates, while the Business Administration and Information Systems Division accepts high school students with its two divisions and the equivalent of Arab and foreign certificates, the Commercial High School 3-year system, the Industrial Secondary System 3, 5 years Technical Secondary Management And services, commercial secondary 5 years, for admission to the second division, Diploma of Commercial Technical Institutes. The Engineering Division accepts high school students, the Engineering Division and the equivalent of Arab and foreign certificates, the Industrial Secondary System is a 3-year system with a minimum of 75% of the total theoretical subjects, the Industrial Schools Diploma, the five-year system with a minimum of 70% of the total number of degrees, Industrial Technical Institutes. The student studies a number ranging from 216 hours to 227 hours in the engineering department to obtain a bachelor’s degree in at least five years. As for the computer science division, the student studies at least 169 credit hours within 4 years. As for the Department of Business Administration, the student studies at least 203 credit hours over four years. The Supreme Council of Universities Decision No. (33) was issued on 2/17/2010 equivalent to the bachelor’s degree awarded by the institute in the specializations (Computer and Electronics Systems Engineering - Architectural Engineering) with the bachelor’s degree granted by Egyptian universities subject to the Universities Organization Law No. 49 of 1972 and its executive regulations in Corresponding majors provided that the admission requirements for this degree are met.  And the Supreme Council of Universities Decision No. (34) was issued on 2/17/2010 equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in computer science that the institute awards with a bachelor’s degree in computers and information (computer science) granted by Egyptian universities subject to the Universities Organization Law No. 49 of 1972 and its executive regulations from Colleges of Computers. And information provided that the admission requirements for these colleges are met. The Supreme Council of Universities Decision No. 55 of 4/17/2011 was issued equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in business administration and information systems (in both Arabic and English languages) granted by the institute with a bachelor’s degree in commerce (business administration and management information systems) granted by Egyptian universities subject to the law Universities Regulation No. 49 of 1972 and its implementing regulations, provided that admission requirements for this degree are met The degree awarded by: Bachelor's degree in the divisions of the specialization. The study is also conducted in the English language. Those with a high school diploma from schools (languages and non-languages) are accepted with a minimum of 75% in the English language, and the study at the institute is based on the credit hour system.
