Al Alson Higher Institute was founded by the late Dr. Hassan Azazy in 1992.
Dr. Azazy is well known for having a long history of distinguished educational achievements since 1960. He is succeeded by his son, Mr. Khaled Hassan Azazy, the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Future University In Egypt.
Dr. Azazy was awarded The Honorary Doctorate from The American World University in 2008.
Dr. Azazy’s other highly successful achievements include a reputable group of private schools of various specialties as listed: 
*Leaders School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary), 1998
*Al Alson High School for Computers and Electronics (3 year system), 1998
*Al Alson Modern School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary), 1990
*Al Alson Private Secondary School for Hotel and Tourism (5 year system), 1987
*Al Alson Private Secondary School for Hotel and Tourism (3 year system), 1986
*Al Alson Private languages Secondary School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary – Commercial Secondary), 1982
*Nahdat Ain Shams School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory - Secondary – Commercial Secondary), 1970
*Riyad Private Secondary School Group (KG – Primary – Preparatory – Secondary – Commercial Secondary), 1967 and Tarek Ben Zied School, 1960.
He was a member of the Supreme Council of High Institutes, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Chairman of private school institutes and Educational Centers Society's Owners in Egypt. He was the representative of private school owners in the central committee of private Education at the Ministry Of Education and representative of Private School Owners in the Private Education Committee for all Cairo Zones as well as Representative of school owners in the Private Education Committee, Ministry of Education (Education Zones: Heliopolis, Nasr City, Hadayek El-Kobba, Ain Shams). Dr. Azazy was also the Secretary General of the education syndicate – East Cairo Educational Zone and Chief of the education syndicate in the Kobba Zone. As for community involvement and support, he donated a whole building to the Atef El Sadat Government School, and buildings and equipment to Ain Shams Government Language School. He participated in applying the 5 years system to the hotel and tourism sector in the Ministry of Education and donated a fully equipped building for that purpose to the Heliopolis Hotel School.

With the onset of a new academic year shining on our institute with a long history, it gives me pleasure, in the name of the institute, to salute all those who belong to our institute from the faculty and staff, and to my sons and daughters, students of the institute, old and new. our nation.

For this purpose, the Institute cooperates with Egyptian universities in various disciplines in order to raise the level of graduates. The Institute communicates with civil society institutions to study the needs of the labor market in order to fulfill them. The students of the Institute participate in the cultural and sports activities organized by the Ministry of Higher Education. The administration of the institute also offers students who excel culturally and athletically with incentives in the form of grants or prizes to motivate them to achieve more excellence.
