During the opening of the activities of the Fourth International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences, which is organized by the university in a Cairo hotel and will continue until February 2, he stressed that the university has held many international conferences in various fields, stressing his happiness with the participation of thirty foreign scientists from international universities in The conference is this year, and the university is proud of that.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Future University in Egypt announced the award of the late Dr. Hassan Al-Azazy, founder of the Azazy Group, for the best research, and the participants in the conference demanded to adopt the best scientific research and work to activate and develop it within the corridors of the Future University in Egypt.
Dr. Ebada Sarhan, President of Future University in Egypt, said that the university’s hosting of the International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences is a unique scientific event that comes after the tremendous success achieved by the university in Egypt during previous international conferences, which each witnessed hosting more than 40 speakers and attracting more than 750 participants.
Dr. Ebada Sarhan stressed the importance of presenting modern medical and scientific discoveries and the necessity of consolidating the relationship between senior pharmacists and doctors around the world and benefiting from the expertise of various scientists and integrating them with our doctors in Egypt to achieve the maximum benefit.
He explained that the conference aims to create an arena for exchanging ideas and opinions and an opportunity to consolidate relations between senior pharmaceutical scientists and doctors, in addition to presenting modern medical and scientific discoveries, the latest research and new therapeutic drugs. Molecular biochemistry, drug administration methods, nanotechnology, pharmaceutical technology, the future of biotechnology and its manufacture, clinical pharmacy and practice, drug marketing, pharmacovigilance and pharmacoeconomics in addition to drug research from natural origins and quality control of natural drug products.
Dr. Ezz El-Din Abu Steit, Secretary of the Supreme Council of Private and Private Universities, said that scientific research is the mother of sciences, and scientific research must be relied on in all sciences, especially medical, because of the huge leap that it achieves.

Mostafa El-Sayed, a pioneer in treating cancer with gold nanoparticles, an advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Future University in Egypt, and the first Egyptian and Arab, holder of the American National Medal of Science and Director of the Georgia Institute of Technology, held a special session to talk about Egypt’s experiences in the field of treating cancer with gold nanoparticles. Deaths among the world's population annually are caused by cancer. Dr. Mostafa El-Sayed added that the cancer treatment team with Egyptian gold nanoparticles began conducting experiments using gold on mice, and has now reached experiments on large animals, such as horses, where the team succeeded in treating two horses already from the disease recently, adding: “The chemistry that we learned in Egypt It has no value in view of the great development that the world has witnessed and is currently witnessing, and we have to develop it." The great scientist confirmed that nanometric gold particles only kill the cancerous cell and do not approach the healthy one, explaining that the properties of gold and its luster give it the ability to absorb high light and turn into heat energy capable of interacting with the cancer cell. Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed explained that during the gold cancer treatment experiments, gold pieces were placed on the nucleus of the cells to kill them, then a very light light was exposed to the cell, killing it.
